Competent Personnel Criteria
Upon completing the 6-week training period, employees are deemed ready for fieldwork under proper supervision, auditing, and ongoing training. Incidents, damages, near misses, and audits are meticulously documented in our ticket management system, Locatorbase, ensuring accessibility for management review.
All documentation undergoes thorough review by management and is discussed at monthly staff meetings. Our supervisory staff conducts continuous audits on both new hires and existing employees, focusing on locate performance, safety adherence, and drawing accuracy. These audits not only contribute to improving Quantum Solutions’ overall performance but also facilitate the ongoing development of employee field experience.
